| The Earth Country is the one of the largest known countries in the ninja world only being outmatched by The Wind Country, and is border to many smaller countries such as the Waterfall, Stone, Grass and Rain. The Earth Country is oriented towards the element of Earth has a large proportion of the country is covered in rocky crevices and deep caves. The nation is engulfed by various mountains that act as a natural border, meaning only secret paths across the mountains are point of entry and exit from the country. The climate is quite mild, though usually warm they waves of heat are sometimes accompanied by gale force winds. The nation rarely rains but still have plenty of water from large craters that have become lakes over time.
| 0 | 0 | | | Iwagakure no Sato, also known as the Village Hidden in the Rocks is the hidden village of the Land of Earth, with the leader of their village known as the Tsuchikage. The Rock Village is a traditional village which has its buildings actually sculpted from the rocky mountains of the earth itself. The village is dipped down, making the mountains around it form a natural gate around the village, with it's own sources of water coming from a large lake that is slowly drained into the villages own basin for various uses, this also runs into a small creek throughout the village floors, though using the elevated bridges are the preferred travel of the villages residents. Entry into Iwagakure is extremely difficult without altering security.
