Using the template below you're free to request a face claim below, a staff member will overlook the claim and then add it to the Face Claims Thread making it official. Before requesting a Face Claim or even using an image, check the Face Claims Thread before you attempt to claim that face to ensure it is vacant and not already in use by somebody else. You can only claim this face if you're application is approved, reserving images is prohibited.

Code:: [b]Name of Face Claim:[/b] The name of the character you’re using as a representation.
[b]Source:[/b] The name of whatever your face claim is off of. Video Game, Anime, Manga etc.
[b]Claimed Image:[/b] Link to the image you are claiming, should be the one on your character application.
[b]Character Name:[/b] The name of your character- not face claim.
[b]Approved Application:[/b] A link to your approved application.
